It's not often I have the opportunity to photograph cats, so when I do it's a real treat! I photographed Maddie as part of my autumn mini sessions. She was such a standout photo subject that I felt she deserved her very own blog page. Lauren, her owner, reached out to me when I first advertised my mini sessions wondering if it would be okay to bring her senior kitty for the day. I responded with an enthusiastic YES, although I expressed some concern whether Maddie would have enough confidence to handle photography in the middle of the national park. Lauren wasn't worried at all! It turns out Maddie is cool as a cucumber, and seemed to enjoy all of the extra attention. Isn't she just too perfect?
